Welcome to MedBeat HealthConnect, an AI-based symptom checker platform provided by Ai4rx Healthcare Pvt Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the MedBeat HealthConnect app and Medbeat.ai website (collectively referred to as “MedBeat”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MedBeat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

 

2. Use of Services

MedBeat HealthConnect is an AI-based symptom checker that generates medical summaries of symptoms provided by users to facilitate effective diagnosis by healthcare professionals. Users enter symptoms and answer further questions, and MedBeat generates medical summaries, subjective assessments, differential diagnoses, and recommends medical specialties along with recommended lab tests. The services are provided free of charge.

 

3. Non-Emergency Use

MedBeat’s services are intended for non-emergency cases only. It’s important to note that the recommendations and advice provided by MedBeat are based on the information provided by the user. The final decision regarding medical care and treatment rests with the user. MedBeat is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

While MedBeat aims to provide accurate and helpful recommendations, it’s important to understand that these recommendations are based on subjective assessments and AI-generated suggestions. We do not assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the recommendations. Users must exercise their own judgment and decision-making when acting upon the information provided by MedBeat.

 

5. User Responsibility

Users of MedBeat should consider the advice and recommendations provided by the app along with their own judgment and understanding. The final decision regarding medical treatment, consultations, and lab tests is the sole responsibility of the user. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the user’s decisions based on the information provided by MedBeat.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to MedBeat, including content, graphics, and software, are owned by Ai4rx Healthcare Pvt Limited. Users are not allowed to modify, distribute, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the app or website without explicit written permission.

 

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on Medbeat.ai. Users are advised to review these terms regularly to stay informed about any updates.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India

 

 

9. Payment to You

For clarity, MedBeat HealthConnect Site/App/Platform will not be obligated to pay you any License Fees and any fees at all.

 

10. Other Fee

MedBeat HealthConnect reserves the right to charge fees for every decision, certain listings and Services, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the MedBeat HealthConnect Site/App/Platform and/or Service. MedBeat HealthConnect further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time and without notice. The User shall be liable to pay all applicable charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies and assessments for availing the MedBeat HealthConnect Site/App/Platform and/or Service.

 

11. Payment

You can pay applicable fees on the MedBeat HealthConnect Site/App/Platform and for products and/or Services by using a Debit/Credit Card, Online Payment Method or through your Internet Banking.

You submit and agree that the Payment details and Debit/Credit Card or Bank Account details, provided by you to the Payment Gateway for payment transaction processing will be correct and you shall not use Payment Details, which is not lawfully owned by You.

You agree that when you initiate a payment transaction and/or issue an online payment Instruction and provide your Payment details, You warrant that you are fully and lawfully entitled to use the said Debit/Credit Card or Bank Account for such payment.

You are authorizing the debit to the nominated Debit/Credit Card or Bank account for the settlement of bills selected by you along with the applicable fees.

You are responsible to ensure that sufficient credit is available on your presented Debit/Credit Card or Bank Account at the time of making the payment to permit the payment of the bill/s selected by you inclusive of the applicable fees and/or charges and/or taxes.

 

12. Refunds and Charge backs

If the MedBeat HealthConnect receives a request from a User for refund or cancellation of payment in relation to any transaction, the MedBeat HealthConnect will process the request and determine whether such refund or cancellation must be processed. If the said request must be processed, the MedBeat HealthConnect will notify User of the same. Whenever a refund is agreed to be made by the MedBeat HealthConnect to a User, the MedBeat HealthConnect will issue a credit slip to User within 90 days after the refund has been agreed to be made by the MedBeat HealthConnect to the User.

 

Other Charges: All other Charges related to user of Services and/or products provided by MedBeat HealthConnect will be borne by the User.
